Dave’s Background Before Real Estate
Dave’s background before real estate was in music education where he taught band to middle school and high school students. He left public education to become a stay at home dad to his four children. During his time as a stay at home dad Dave developed the website GrowingTheHomeGarden.com in order to share his passion for gardening and plants. Through this he learned SEO marketing, social media marketing, and other online marketing skills. He also branched into a small farmer’s market business Blue Shed Gardens where he grew and raised naturally treated plants for local Spring Hill residents.
Why Real Estate?
Dave became a real estate agent in 2014 to switch roles with his wife who now enjoys homeschooling their 5 children. He continues to pursue internet marketing while helping home hunters find land, homes with acreage, or anything else they might need. Real estate, homes, and land which are closely related to Dave’s interest in farms and gardens. In 2015 Dave was invited to join the Gillig Group at Keller Williams Realty where he was trained on custom home building and new construction. After a couple years selling new construction homes in Autumn Ridge of Spring Hill, TN he ventured out on his own to sell homes, land, and resales with TriStar Elite Realty where he is today.
