We were looking to relocate from Illinois to Tennessee and Dave Townsend from Exit Realty Tristar came highly recommended to us. From the first conversation we had with him we immediately knew we were in the right hands. We were concerned about moving from one state to another mostly because of the unknown and we were unable to see the houses physically . If we liked a house, Mr. Townsend immediately would go to the property and send us a video of the house. The video was so detailed that it was like we were there.
