Oak Lake Estates is a large subdivision located in Spring Hill, TN just off of Greensmill Rd. Oak Lake Estates is one of the more unique subdivisions in Spring Hill as the lot size is large and averages about an acre for each home. The large lot size allows residents of this community privacy in a country setting. Oak Lake Estates has an active HOA that takes care of the common areas including the entrances and a community area by the lake. The lake is open for use by HOA members who can enjoying fishing, picnicking, and other activities from the common area. Who Built Oak Lake Estates?
Eugene Heller began development of Oak Lake Estates and sold the lots of several different builders before forming General Homes of Columbia.
