The Autumn Ridge subdivision is a beautiful neighborhood of custom homes located in the center of Spring Hill, TN on Miles Johnson Parkway. The neighborhood features sidewalks, custom street signs, and underground utilities. Homes are built on 1/3 acre lots with 3 car garages and are within an easy walking distance of Harvey Park. For amenities the community also features a newly constructed (2014) pool and clubhouse for its HOA members. Sidewalks make for convenient walking in the neighborhood and add walk-ability to nearby shopping areas.

Custom Homes of Autumn Ridge

The style of homes in Autumn Ridge varies as there have have been many very skilled custom home builders in the neighborhood. Exteriors of the homes are all brick and stone of various types. Some even feature painted brick, rubbed mortar, and even the German smear. High end features have been included in all the homes including granite countertops and hardwood floors. Some of these homes include tankless hot water heaters, high end appliances, wet bars, custom woodwork and more. Because of the custom nature of homes there could be many more features than those listed above in Autumn Ridge. Construction is still ongoing and while lots are available it is possible to build a home on a lot you pick from a plan you select with a custom home builder!

The Autumn Ridge subdivision is currently zoned for Williamson County Schools including Longview Elementary, Heritage Middle School, and Independence High School. Check with the Williamson County School System for any changes to the school zoning.
