Southern Springs is one of Spring Hill’s most anticipated residential developments. When constructed, Southern Springs will be an active adult community with homes ranging in size from 1,234 sqft. to 2,565 sqft. Right now this new development by Del Webb is just beginning construction and homes will not be available until 2017. Homes in this new construction subdivision will be anywhere from 2-4 bedrooms and 2-4 bathrooms depending on which of the 10 possible plans are chosen. As Southern Springs will be an active adult community the homes will feature one level living with indoor and outdoor areas perfect for entertaining.
How to Find Southern Springs
Southern Springs will be on Kedron Rd. in Spring Hill just a few minutes away from I65 on Saturn Parkway. Follow I65 to the Saturn Parkway exit. Exit Saturn Parkway at Kedron Rd. and turn left. Cross under the overpass and Southern Springs will be on the right just a short distance down Kedron Rd.

Spring Hill
Spring Hill is a vibrant and growing community just 40 minutes south of Nashville, TN. Spring Hill has great schools, lots of convenient shopping, and lots of parks for families to enjoy.
