Cheap Land for sale in Middle Tennessee
These properties are sorted from the lowest in price to the highest in price. Keep in mind that the farther away from Nashville you go the better price per acre you will see. Also larger parcels will have a cheaper price per acre. If you have a few friends go together and split a larger piece of land after the purchase you may be able to save a few dollars on just the right sized property for you! Also don’t rule out lots with mobile homes. Many of them already have basic utilities set up (water, electric, septic) and ready to go! The first few listings may include auctions which by default start at $0 when listed but will not sell for that amount.
Also keep in mind that many of the cheapest parcels may have reasons they are priced so low. Some parcels may in fact be unusable for anything other than hunting or recreational land. Always do your due diligence when buying a piece of land. Feel free to contact me for real estate help.
