When buying a home for the first time it’s very easy to get wrapped up in all the excitement of looking at houses. You see the photos online, dream of your new home, and all the things you can do in the place. It’s exciting! However it’s important to keep it all in perspective and have some realistic expectations. I did a short video with some advice for 1st time home buyers here in Tennessee. In the video I talk about several things I believe are very important. It isn’t flashy stuff, it isn’t full of tricks or hacks. It’s REAL advice that 1st home buyers need to keep in mind BEFORE you go out looking at homes to buy.
