We were looking to relocate from Illinois to Tennessee and Dave Townsend from Exit Realty Tristar came highly recommended to us. From the first conversation we had with him we immediately knew we were in the right hands. We were concerned about moving from one state to another mostly because of the unknown and we were unable to see the houses physically . If we liked a house, Mr. Townsend immediately would go to the property and send us a video of the house. The video was so detailed that it was like we were there. That gave us a tremendous piece of mind. He helped us throughout the purchasing process, it was very overwhelming but he made it easy, and he explained everything in detail. He also helped us find the right team from investment bankers, title companies, home inspectors, and he even sent us information on setting up all our utilities. We highly recommend Mr. Townsend, he is very professional, honest, and very patient. Also, it was a pleasure to work with him.  He truly understands his clients interests. He is an amazing agent who will go above and beyond for his clients, answer your questions quickly, and is extremely knowledgeable of the area. There wasn’t a question we asked that he didn’t know the answer to. Our budget was on the lower end for Spring Hill but David made sure we saw everything on the market that may fit our needs and was patient when we were picky.
